CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ, FEBRUARY 14, 2003 - GVA Williams announced the completion of an 18,632 square foot lease expansion on behalf of long-term client, Greenwich Home Mortgage at 240 Cedar Knolls Road, also known as Cedar Knolls Corporate Center, in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. The leading home mortgage company was an existing tenant in the building occupying 12,800 square feet of space and needed additional space, due to its substantial growth. GVA Williams quickly and efficiently accommodated its client’s expansion needs, leasing Greenwich Home Mortgage an additional 6,000 square feet of space at the facility.
Douglas Rowe, Vice President, GVA Williams, represented Greenwich Home Mortgage in this lease, making this the seventh transaction he has completed on behalf of the firm. Additionally, GVA Williams serves as Exclusive Leasing Agent for Cedar Knolls Corporate Center on behalf of owner, Geometry Realty of New York.
